Common questions

When do I need a clarifying shampoo? When hair feels coated, dull or will not absorb moisture, after taking down braids or a weave, and before colouring or relaxing if the instructions say so.

Will it dry my hair out? It can, so always follow with a deep conditioner.

How often should I use one? Every two to four weeks for most people.
