Feet & Heel Repair

Foot creams, heel balms and foot files for dry, rough and cracked heels. We stock Palmer's Heel Repair Stick and Foot Magic, Soap and Glory Heel Genius, Delia Foot Cream, Palmer's Coconut Water Foot Cream and metal foot files.

Which one do you need?

  • Heel repair stick or balm: a thick, concentrated treatment rubbed onto cracked heels.
  • Foot cream: daily moisture for the whole foot.
  • Foot file: removes hard skin. Use on dry feet with light pressure.

A simple routine for cracked heels

File gently once or twice a week, apply a heel balm every night, and wear cotton socks to bed so it soaks in. Most people see a difference within a couple of weeks.

Common questions

Should I file wet or dry feet? Dry gives more control and is less likely to take off too much skin.

When should I see someone? If cracks are deep, bleeding or painful, or if you have diabetes or poor circulation, see a pharmacist, GP or podiatrist before treating your feet yourself.

Feet & Heel Repair FAQs

How do I treat dry, cracked heels?
Soak your feet, gently file the hard skin, apply a heel balm or thick cream and wear cotton socks overnight.
How often should I use a foot file?
About once a week is enough. Filing too hard or too often can make the skin sore.
When should I get advice about cracked heels?
See a pharmacist, GP or podiatrist if the cracks are deep, painful or bleeding, or if you have diabetes.
