Refund and Cancellation Policy

At CC Hair & Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for both online and in-store purchases.

1. Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch.
To cancel, please contact us by email at info@cchairandbeauty.com or call us at 01132495562 quoting your order number.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will cancel it immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return Policy below.

2. Cancelling After Dispatch (Consumer Rights)

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive your goods.

To exercise this right:

Email us at info@cchairandbeauty.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return the goods to our returns address (below) within 14 days of notifying us.
Goods must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets our conditions, we will refund your payment within 14 working days.

3. Refunds for Damaged or Faulty Goods

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide photos and a brief description of the issue.
We will inspect the item and offer a replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping).
We may ask you to return the product for verification.

Electrical items are tested and marked before dispatch to prevent misuse claims.
Refunds for faulty electricals are processed only once inspection confirms the fault.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow 5–7 working days for your refund to appear in your account after we have processed it.

5. Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept cancellations or refunds for:

Items unsealed for hygiene reasons (e.g., wigs, hair extensions, cosmetics, brushes).
Gift cards or vouchers.
Sale or clearance items marked “non-returnable”.

6. Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel orders if:

Products are out of stock.
Payment cannot be verified.
The order is flagged as potentially fraudulent.
If this happens, you will receive an immediate full refund.
