How to choose a wig

  • Synthetic: pre-styled, low maintenance and affordable.
  • Human hair: can be heat styled and coloured, and lasts longer.
  • Blend: a middle ground on price and realism.
  • Lace front (13x4): a natural hairline you can wear back.
  • Closure wig (4x4): lace at the parting only. Easier for beginners.
  • No lace: wear straight from the box.

Common questions

What is the best wig for a beginner? A glueless closure or lace part wig, or a full cap with a fringe.

How do I measure my head? Around the hairline from forehead, behind the ears, to the nape. Most wigs are average size, about 22 to 22.5 inches, with adjustable straps.

How do I protect my hair underneath? Cornrow or wrap it flat, wear a wig cap, and remove the wig at night.

Shop by type: human hair lace fronts, synthetic lace fronts, synthetic wigs, Brazilian wigs and wig glue.

Wigs & Lace Wigs FAQs

What is the difference between a lace front wig and a full cap wig?
A lace front wig has sheer lace along the hairline, so the hair looks like it grows from your scalp. A full cap wig covers the whole head with no lace and is ready to wear straight away.
Should I choose a synthetic or human hair wig?
Synthetic wigs cost less and keep their style after washing. Human hair wigs can be heat styled and coloured, and last longer with good care.
Will a wig fit my head?
Most wigs come in an average size with adjustable straps and combs inside the cap, so you can tighten or loosen the fit.
