Brazilian Wigs

Brazilian human hair wigs are known for thick, soft hair that can be washed, heat styled and worn daily. We stock around 60 Brazilian wigs from Dressmaker and Wigenius, including 13x4 and 4x4 Swiss lace wigs, lace parting wigs and non-lace styles, in straight, body wave, deep wave and jerry curl.

How to choose

  • 13x4 lace front: lace from ear to ear for a full natural hairline and free parting.
  • 4x4 lace: a smaller lace square at the parting. Easier to fit and good for beginners.
  • Lace parting wig: a fixed lace parting, often wearable without glue.
  • No-lace wigs: ready to wear straight from the box.
  • Natural colour: undyed hair, usually a soft black or dark brown, which can be coloured.

Common questions

How long does a human hair wig last? With good care, often a year or more of regular wear.

How do I wash it? Detangle first, wash in cool water with a sulphate-free shampoo, condition, and leave to dry on a wig stand.

Do I need glue? Not always. Many wigs have combs and an adjustable strap. Glue or spray gives a flatter, longer hold.

Brazilian Wigs FAQs

What is a Brazilian hair wig?
It is a human hair wig made with Brazilian hair, which is popular for its full body and soft, natural movement.
Can I colour and heat style a Brazilian wig?
Yes. It is human hair, so you can straighten, curl and colour it. Use a heat protectant and do a strand test before colouring.
Should I choose a 13x4 or a 4x4 Brazilian lace wig?
A 13x4 has lace from ear to ear, so you can part it in more places and wear it pulled back. A 4x4 has a smaller square of lace at the top and is quicker to put on.
