Common questions

Is a texturiser the same as a relaxer? It uses similar chemistry but is left on for less time, so it loosens the curl instead of straightening it.

Can I do it at home? Yes, with care. Follow the timing exactly, protect your scalp and hairline, and do a strand test first.

How often do I retouch? Every eight to ten weeks, on new growth only.
