Collection: Synthetic Lace Front Wigs

Synthetic Lace Front Wigs

A synthetic lace front wig has a strip of sheer lace along the hairline with hairs tied in by hand, so it looks as though the hair is growing from your scalp. We stock over 300 styles from Sensationnel Empress, Kali, Jazzy Princess, Mane Concept and more, ready styled and far cheaper than human hair.

How to choose

  • Lace front: lace across the front hairline, so you can wear the hair back off the face.
  • Lace front edge: pre-plucked or with baby hairs for a softer hairline.
  • Free part or flexi part: extra lace so you can move the parting.
  • Fibre: heat-friendly fibre can be restyled on low heat. Standard fibre cannot.

Common questions

Do I need glue? No. Most have combs and adjustable straps. A lace spray or gel gives a flatter hairline if you want it.

How do I cut the lace? Put the wig on, then trim the lace close to the hairline in small zigzag snips. Take your time.

How do I match the lace to my skin? Press a little of your foundation or powder onto the underside of the lace.

Synthetic Lace Front Wigs FAQs

Do I need to cut the lace on a lace front wig?
Most lace fronts need the extra lace trimmed along the hairline before first wear. Some come pre-cut, so check the product page.
Can I part a synthetic lace front wig anywhere?
You can only part it where there is lace. A larger lace area, such as 13x4 or 13x6, gives more parting options than a narrow lace part.
Do I need glue for a lace front wig?
Not always. The combs and adjustable strap hold many lace fronts in place. Glue, tape or a melting spray gives a flatter, more secure hairline.
