How often should I detox my hair? Every two to four weeks is enough. More often can dry hair out.

Do I need to condition afterwards? Yes. Always follow a detox wash with a moisturising conditioner or mask.

Is it safe for coloured hair? Deep cleansing shampoos can fade colour faster, so use sparingly.
