Sulphur 8 (also written Sulfur8) is a medicated scalp care range made for dandruff and dry, itchy scalp. It has been a staple in afro hair care for generations. We stock the Original Formula scalp conditioner, Medicated Shampoo, the lighter Fresh formula, braid and oil moisturising products and the Kids range.

Which one do you need?

• Original Formula Hair and Scalp Conditioner: the classic medicated grease, applied directly to the scalp.
• Fresh formula: the same idea with a lighter feel and milder scent.
• Medicated Shampoo: for regular washing when you have dandruff.
• Kids: a gentler version for children.

Common questions

How do I use Sulphur 8? Part the hair, apply a small amount to the scalp and massage in. Follow the directions on the pack for how often.

Does it smell? The Original has a strong medicated smell. Choose Fresh if that bothers you.

When should I see a doctor? If flaking is severe, sore, or does not improve after a few weeks, see your GP or pharmacist. Do not use on broken skin.
