Collection: Braids Human Hair

Human Hair for Braiding

Human hair braiding hair is loose bulk hair with no weft, made for boho braids, goddess braids, micro braids and human hair crochet styles. We stock deep wave, water wave, yaki and afro kinky bulk from Premium Too, Rush, Outre X-Pression and Bobbi Boss.

Which one do you need?

  • Deep wave or water wave bulk: the curly pieces left out in boho and goddess braids. Human hair stays soft and does not matt the way synthetic curls do.
  • Yaki bulk: a straight texture like relaxed hair, for micro braids and tree braids.
  • Afro kinky bulk: for natural-looking twists and loc extensions.
  • Human crochet braid: pre-looped human hair for quick crochet installs.

Common questions

Why use human hair for boho braids? The loose curls can be washed, conditioned and refreshed, so the style stays neat for longer.

How much do I need? For curls added to boho braids, two to three packs is typical. For a full head of micro braids, allow more.

How do I look after the curls? Mist with water and a light leave-in, separate with your fingers and sleep in a bonnet.

Pair with Xpression braids for the braided part, or see remy hair extensions.

Braids Human Hair FAQs

What is bulk hair used for?
Bulk hair is loose human hair without a weft, used for braiding, crochet braids and other styles where hair is added strand by strand or in small sections.
How much bulk hair do I need?
This depends on your desired thickness, length and the style you are creating, so check the weight and length listed on each product's page and buy enough packs to match.
What's the difference between deep wave, water wave and yaki textures?
Deep wave and water wave give a curlier, wavy finish in different curl patterns, while yaki is styled to look closer to natural straight or blow-dried hair; check the product photos and description to see which suits your look.
Can I colour or heat style this hair?
As this is human hair it can generally take colour and heat better than synthetic fibre, but always check the specific product page or do a strand test first, as processing can affect the hair's condition.
How do I look after bulk human hair extensions?
Follow any care instructions on the product's packaging or page, as washing, drying and storage can vary between brands and textures.
