Collection: Contouring

Contouring

Contour palettes, sticks and brushes to sculpt and define the face. We stock Sleek Face Form, Nicka K cream contour palettes and duos, W7 Contour Stick and blending brushes.

How to choose

  • Powder palette: easier to blend and good for oily skin. Sleek Face Form includes contour, highlight and blush.
  • Cream palette: a more natural, skin-like finish for normal to dry skin.
  • Contour stick: draw on and blend, quick for beginners.
  • Shade: pick a contour about two shades deeper than your skin with a cool or neutral tone. Deeper skin tones need a rich, dark brown so it does not look ashy.

Common questions

Where do I apply contour? Under the cheekbones, along the jawline, the sides of the nose and the hairline. Highlight goes on the high points.

Cream or powder first? Creams go on before setting powder. Powders go on after.

How do I avoid harsh lines? Blend upwards with a dense brush or damp sponge, building slowly.
