Biodance Refreshing Sea Kelp Serum is a light, cooling serum made with sea kelp extract for skin that tends to get oily and shiny through the day. It hydrates without adding heaviness, helps balance the look of excess sebum and calms skin that feels warm or irritated, leaving the complexion fresh, clear-looking and comfortable. The water-light texture absorbs fast, so it works well in hot weather or under makeup. Shop it at CC Hair & Beauty UK.
