Does hair oil moisturise hair?
Oil seals moisture in but does not add it. Apply it over damp hair or a water-based leave-in.
Which hair oil should I choose?
Light oils such as jojoba and argan suit fine hair and the scalp. Thicker oils such as castor oil suit coarse hair and sealing the ends.
How often should I oil my scalp?
A few times a week is enough for most people. Use a small amount so it does not build up.
