Mild . Massage it in and then rinse thoroughly. Then apply the Joico CT Balancing Scalp Nourish to wet hair. Leave this on for 1 to 3 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. After the hair has been rinsed, massage a small amount of Joico Cliniscalp Stimulating Scalp . Do not rinse. Wash hands immediately after use.
Daily use is recommended for optimal results.
