No-fragrance formula toner which excludes essential oils, perfect for sensitive skin. It's light and refreshing, which helps condition the skin and prepare for optimal absorption of products. This toner includes 100% fermented Korean-produced black rice extracts (2,000ppm) which restores elasticity to the skin and gives a boost of hydration to the inner skin layer. Vegan, Cruelty Free, EWG-Green




How to use
After washing the face, wet a cotton pad with the toner and apply evenly across the face. Pat to fully absorb it.
