This gentle, semi-permanent hair dye banishes yellow, brassy tones from bleached blonde strands for a bright, creamy blonde finish or base for adding color. The kit comes with a sachet of nourishing reincarnation hair mask to help hydrate hair strands post-dye. Apply your toner to freshly bleached blonde hair, wait 10-20 minutes, then rinse, condition, and rinse again. One toner kit is suitable for very short, cropped hair and roots up to 1 inch long. For long roots or long hair, you will need two kits. For long, thick hair, you will need at least three kits.
